Looking after you Jewellery

To help keep your jewellery looking good here are a few quick and simple pointers.

Rub your jewellery with an anti-tarnish cloth before putting it on and after you take it off.

Never spray perfume or deodorant while wearing jewellery as these will tarnish the silver.

Should your jewellery become tarnished use a silver dip cleaner, follow the directions on the label, dip your jewellery for a few seconds then rinse off in cold water, dry with a soft towel then rub with an anti-tarnish cloth. Please note prolonged use with a silver cleaner can remove the oxidisation (blackening) on your jewellery so use sparingly and as the instructions on the label.

Anti-tarnish cloths and silver dip cleaner are available from most hardware shops.

Delivery

In the UK we send all our jewellery by Royal Mail special delivery which is guaranteed and should be with you the next working day after it is sent. We charge £5.00 per delivery.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order as every item is made to order, if you require something sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

For Europe and Overseas we use Royal Mail recorded/Airsure services, depending on your location these normally take around 10 – 14 days although sometimes depending on your location can take longer. The cost of this service is £20

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Will happily exchange rings and chains for different sizes however it will be at the buyers expense and will occur a postage fee.

Bespoke and one off pieces are non returnable.
